Career Strategies is now hiring a professional Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in West Warwick, RI. Leasing experience is required and tax credit experience is preferred.
We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, high energy, positive attitude and excellent work ethics. Apartment leasing and fair housing experience is preferred.
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects.

Excellent phone and in person sales skills

Excellent communication skills
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Available to work weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
