Requirements:
- Driver license
- Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 3-6 months of experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
- Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and repairing fixtures and appliances.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of property grounds.
- Participate in maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
- Prepare vacant apartments for lease and new move-ins.
- Complete daily work order requests promptly and efficiently.
- Additional Tasks: Willingness to tackle other assignments as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
- Certifications: HVAC/EPA certifications are a PLUS
- Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.
