Key Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain property appearance and ensure safety.
- Conduct a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new leases and incoming residents.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to daily work orders, ensuring high-quality results.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License (required)
- Experience: 3-6 months of experience in residential or hotel maintenance preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
- Certifications: HVAC or EPA certifications are a MUST.
- Tools: Must have your own personal set of tools.
