Responsibilities:
As a Porter/Groundskeeper, your daily tasks will include:
- Trash pickup and removal to ensure a clean community.
- Touch-up painting to maintain a polished appearance.
- Pool cleaning for a safe and enjoyable amenity.
- Power washing to refresh building exteriors and walkways.
- Upkeep of grounds, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and other community spaces.
- Consistently maintaining excellent curb appeal.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
