What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Groundskeeper:
✔ Janitorial Duties – Keep the community clean and well-maintained.
✔ Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance – Contribute to beautiful outdoor spaces.
✔ Minor Painting – Refresh and touch up interior and exterior areas.
✔ Trash Removal – Ensure apartments are move-in ready with efficient trash-out services.
✔ Power Washing – Maintain a fresh and inviting community appearance.
As a Maintenance Technician (Preferred Skills):
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Appliance Repairs – Troubleshoot and fix common household appliances.
- Drywall Repairs – Patch and restore walls as needed.
- Painting – Keep interior and exterior areas looking great.
- HVAC Certification – A plus, but not required!
- A reliable set of tools (for Maintenance Technicians).
