We are looking for a dedicated Apartment Groundskeeper to help keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful! If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a well-kept environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the community, including common areas, parking lots, and green spaces.
- Remove trash and debris from the property daily.
- Perform light landscaping duties, such as mowing, trimming, and watering plants.
- Assist the maintenance team with minor upkeep tasks as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable transportation
