We are looking for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Handyman with at least 1 year of maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge in painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance maintenance. You must have your own set of basic hand tools and reliable transportation. This role is essential to maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our apartment community by ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances as needed, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Complete work orders in a timely manner to maintain the quality and comfort of the community
- Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are move-in ready for new residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as necessary
- Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and other team members to meet the community’s maintenance needs
- 1 year of experience in maintenance, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliance care
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation for traveling to and from the property
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- HVAC/EPA Certification not required but a PLUS
- No on call
- Monday-Friday (No Weekends)
- Weekly pay
- Public Subsidy ($5 a day)
- Work close to home (15-20miles)
