We are seeking a dedicated Irrigation Technician to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community. This role is essential in keeping our landscaping in top condition and supporting the maintenance team as needed.
Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.

Ensure all plants, lawns, and landscaped areas receive proper watering.

Assist with general property maintenance tasks such as trash pickup, pool area cleaning, and clearing out vacant units.
