Location: Phoenix 85051
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and certifications)
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with irrigation experience to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining the community’s irrigation system and handling general apartment maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.
- Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care.
- Perform make ready's/turns for new residents to move into
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Irrigation experience is required.
- At least 6 months of general maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation
- Own set of basic hand tools
