Pay Range : $18.00 - $20.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and certifications)
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with irrigation experience to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining the community’s irrigation system and handling general apartment maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.
- Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care .
- Perform make ready's / turns for new residents to move into
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.
