LEASING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting, and processing applications, phones, call backs.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Complete tenants move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
- Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, rental payments, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
LEASING REQUIREMENTS- Must have all requirements to be considered for the position
- At least 6 months previous property management experience leasing apartments (required)
- Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, CRM, Appfolio, OneSite)
- Fair Housing Training within the last year
- Reliable transportation
