What You'll Do as Our Leasing Consultant:
- Showcase apartments to potential tenants
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly and provide information about available units and amenities.
- Welcome prospects warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Process applications, deposits, and ensure the accuracy of all provided information.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and residents to address their needs and resolve concerns.
- Support the Property Manager in overseeing property operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
- At least 6 months of onsite experience in residential property management as a Leasing Consultant.
- Familiarity with property management software like CRM, Yardi, Knock, OneSite, or Entrada is a plus.
- Recent Fair Housing training (within the last year)
- Bilingual (not required but a plus)
