Leasing Consultant Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare lease paperwork
- Tour the community, show vacant and model units, take rental applications and deposits, process applications
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Be able to multi-task in a busy office setting
- At least 6 months’ experience working as an apartment Leasing Consultant
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Fair housing Training completed within 2 years
- Knowledge of relevant software applications (Yardi,CRM,Appfolio)
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
