We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a luxury apartment community in Mesa. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of recent onsite apartment leasing experience, a knack for sales, bubbly personality, impeccable customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home - all while contributing to the success of our apartment community!
While we are currently looking to fill our Mesa opening, we are expanding our leasing team across our East Valley communities (Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert). Please apply!
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and highlighting community features.
- Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and move-ins.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet occupancy goals.
- Walk the grounds and model units, ensuring that they are ready for touring.
- Conduct market surveys with neighboring properties.
- Follow up on all internet leads, phone calls, previous tours, etc.
Qualifiers:
- Dependability – consistent attendance.
- Weekend availability for rotating Saturdays and Sunday coverage.
- At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential property leasing.
- Certified Fair Housing.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
