- Manage records related to employment, benefits, and compliance audits.
- In charge of administration, benefits, employe relations, safety & wellness, HR metrics & reporting
- Performance management, organizational development, HR technology & systems, training and development of employees
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist role within HR.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and organizational policies.
- Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the military or law enforcement
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism. And Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
