Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and community facilities.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (must hold current HVAC or EPA certification).

Conduct general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs.

Maintain and service appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.

Ensure that maintenance requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of tools and supplies.

Requirements:
