We are seeking a residential Irrigation Technician and Porter/Groundskeeper for an apartment community in North Phoenix.
Irrigation Technician Job Duties:
Irrigation Technician Job Duties:
- install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for apartment community
- inspect sprinkler heads
- check for leaks
- adjust controllers
- planters
- perform necessary repairs to ensure efficient water usage across property landscape
Job Duties for Porter/Groundskeeper:
- Maintain curb appeal for apartment community
- Light painting, from small touch-ups in the hallway to full unit repaint
- Trash pickup
- Power washing exterior of building, spraying down the pool deck
- Basic pool cleaning/skimming, alignment and cleaning of pool furniture/pool area
- Basic janitorial duties - inside and outside
- Replace light bulbs along pathways and parking areas
- Cleaning and removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs)
- Delivering notices to residents' doors per the Community Manager's directive
- Assisting with other needs the property requests per the Maintenance Supervisor
- MUST be comfortable working outside for majority of the 8 hour work day

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts with a lunch break. Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up to work on time every day. We provide a daily public transportation subsidy (reimbursement up to $5/day) along with a competitive hourly pay rate. Weekly pay.
