Strong understanding of Fair housing regulations and compliance requirements.\
Budgeting, marketing, and resident event experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Yardi is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
