IMMEDIATE need for an experienced receptionist for a nationwide staffing and recruiting firm in Round Rock.
Must be available to start ASAP!
The receptionist will maintain a professional and welcoming workspace. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering, transferring, and directing a high volume of calls to the appropriate individuals, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule of Monday - Friday in office, 8am-5pm.

Essential Functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates and clients.
- Greet visitors at the front desk in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner to determine the nature of their visit.
- Answer high-volume calls on a busy, multi-line phone, transferring calls and taking messages.
- Maintain cleanliness with lite cleaning and dusting, maintaining kitchen, lobby and conference rooms.
- Run errands such as going to the post office, UPS, picking up lunch and birthday cakes, etc.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of reception experience.
- Spanish Speaking a MUST!
- Must have excellent phone etiquette.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, in addition to being able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business needs.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
