Looking for a Regional Manager with Multifamily experience in low income housing.
The Regional Manager will oversee multiple properties, support and execute company objectives and enforce policies and procedures. This person will attend community events and interact with residents and the public.
The ideal candidate will have previous multi site experience with residential communities and have a strong knowledge of low income housing tax credit and project based Section 8. We are looking for a leader with a strong track record of operational and financial success with their properties, building relationships and supporting staff. This person will coordinate and manage audits by stat agencies and will resolve issues with Directors and owners.
