Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a 1,700-unit multifamily portfolio in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in property operations, marketing, and team management to drive performance and ensure financial success. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Onesite property management software, a proven track record in budgeting, team leadership, and marketing strategies, and the ability to oversee a team of approximately 40 employees across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of a 1,700-unit portfolio, ensuring high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 40 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Marketing & Leasing Strategies: Implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize Onesite software to manage property operations, leasing activity, and financial performance.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Resident & Community Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to enhance property reputation.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role overseeing large multifamily portfolios.
- Strong proficiency in Onesite property management software.
- Expertise in marketing, budgeting, and team development.
- Ability to lead and manage a large team effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
