About the Role :
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple Independent Living communities (55 ). This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents.
The Regional Property Manager will ideally have multifamily background. Must be open to travel.
Focus :
1. Occupancy – build and create revenue.
2. Labor management –Make sure the labor is in line.
3. Train and develop the managers to be leaders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide multi-site oversight and operational leadership for Independent Living communities.
- Engage directly with residents and staff, fostering a vibrant and supportive community culture.
- Make decisions rooted in the best interests of residents while balancing operational needs.
- Ensure each community aligns with company standards and goals.
- Travel extensively to visit and support communities on a daily basis.
