● Arizona Certification (administrator)
● Five (5) years of successful experience as a principal or district-level administrator
● Experience in working with both elementary and secondary-level schools
● Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card

Essential Job Functions:
The Director of Student Services at Career Success Schools oversees and enhances key academic and support programs across multiple campuses. This leadership role focuses on Career and Technical Education (CTE), Special Education (SPED) compliance, managing and coordinating Grants, student retention, and recruitment efforts for brick-and-mortar schools. The Director will work collaboratively with other department heads to drive program improvement and ensure compliance with educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● CTE Program Leadership: Oversee Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across four campuses, including developing new programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring student academic success.
● Special Education Compliance: Lead the SPED department and external consultants to ensure that all student records, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and accommodations meet state and federal compliance requirements.
● Campus Improvement & Retention: Work closely with campus directors and administrative teams to implement strategies to improve student retention and overall campus effectiveness.
● Recruitment & Enrollment: Spearhead recruitment efforts for Career Success Schools' brick-and-mortar campuses, developing strategies to attract and retain students.
● Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, procedures, and policies related to CTE programs.
● Staff Supervision: Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to campus-level administrators and teachers involved in special programs.
● Community Relations: Effectively communicate the district’s vision and instructional philosophy to all stakeholders, including the community, and initiate activities to encourage community and parental involvement. Develop partnerships with key external stakeholders such as businesses, industry, and higher education institutions to advocate for CTE programs and foster career opportunities for students.
● Grant Coordination: Coordinate and oversee grants, as well as federal and state educational programs, to optimize the instructional support available to students
● Initiate and lead activities based on district and community needs, and facilitate research and evidence-based projects to enhance educational services.
● Uphold high ethical standards and integrity, stay informed on relevant district, state, and federal policies, and ensure compliance with all regulations
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
