Career Team is looking to hire a One Stop Operator. The One Stop Operator is responsible for providing functional management, compliance oversight, and partner coordination for the Pacific Mountain Region WorkSource system. This role requires close collaboration with One-Stop Center partners to enhance the visibility, coordination, and utilization of WorkSource services in the community. The One Stop Operator will oversee the day-to-day operations of WorkSource One-Stop Centers across Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, and Pacific Counties. They will ensure that the WorkSource brand and all WIOA Title system services are represented and delivered effectively in alignment with program goals. Working collaboratively with PacMtn Project Director and One-Stop-Committee. The Position is hybrid with 90% of the role performed onsite.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success :

  • Oversee daily operations of WorkSource centers across Pacific Mountain regions, including staff scheduling and coordination
  • Manage event logistics such as job fairs, large hiring events, and community meetings in both regions
  • Provide functional leadership to frontline staff on service access, customer engagement, and compliance
  • Promote WorkSource services across all One-Stop Centers, affiliate, and connection sites in Pacific Mountain regions
  • Support marketing, outreach materials, and social media initiatives in collaboration with PacMtn WDC, and system partners
  • Represent the system of WorkSource Pacific Mountain partners equitably to ensure visibility and effective service delivery
  • Ensure WorkSource locations across both regions are welcoming, accessible, and centered on customer needs
  • Serve as an intermediary for partner facilities and shared resources, ensuring efficient use and maintenance of space and assets
  • Promote WorkSource services across all One-Stop Centers, affiliate, and connection sites in Pacific Mountain regions
  • Support marketing, outreach materials, and social media initiatives in collaboration with PacMtn WDC, and system partners
  • Facilitate alignment of integrated services across both regions through partner collaboration.
  • Represent the system of WorkSource Pacific Mountain partners equitably to ensure visibility and effective service delivery
  • Lead partnership engagement, service expansion, and collaboration by coordinating core and required partners, supporting outreach initiatives, and driving system design efforts to enhance integrated service delivery and maximize resource alignment
  • Support the frontline, ground-up development and operationalization of the services model in alignment with the system MOU and local strategic plan, while developing and managing common customer tools and metrics to effectively support and inform system work and service design
  • Support the updating, creation, and dissemination of communication materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with system design, needs, and partnerships
  • Utilize knowledge and experience in system partner updates, internal and external communication, media coordination, referrals, guidance, outreach, partnership development, and data management—including voice of the customer feedback, door swings, and system metrics—to support and enhance operations effectively
  • Conduct performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with WIOA regulations report to one-stop-committee
  • Facilitate and oversee Equal Opportunity (EO) compliance and monitoring for Pacific Mountain centers
  • Ensure policies remain current and compliant with federal, state, and local guidelines, including ADA requirements
  • Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders and partner organizations in both regions
  • Maintain technology and equipment functionality, ensuring resources are secure and operational at all sites.
  • Address facility-related issues (e.g., janitorial services, safety, and security) to ensure universal access and service delivery needs are met
  • Form and coordinate committees to address regional needs
  • Internal committees : One-Stop-Committee, Partner Coordination Team, Operations (e.g., staff development, hospitality, integrated service delivery)
  • External committees (e.g., marketing, accessibility, safety, continuous improvement, aesthetics)
  • Oversee staff training and events across Pacific Mountain regions to ensure engagement activities are adequately staffed and scheduled
  • Performs other functions assigned
  • Complete all required reports
  • To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have :

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience managing large, complex projects, including workforce system initiatives
  • Familiarity with the WIOA system services, titles, and affiliated programs is preferred
  • Career Team requires a minimum educational requirement of a GED / HS Diploma;
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff across multiple counties
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive matters, and handle personnel issues tactfully
  • Experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Performance-Based Management (PBM), and Lean principles
  • Ability to facilitate, guide, and influence teams while building trust and fostering collaborative, co-communication practices
  • A Valid Driver's License
  • Salary : $80,000-$85,000

    Travel : Position may require up to 30-40% local travel
