Seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to a specailized maching and manufacturing team.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Human Resource Generalist Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
General HR Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Human Resource Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
