This Role Will Be Responsible For:

• Supporting the Model and EUA Governance Manager in executing governance frameworks and policies for risk management.
• Assessing and validating models and EUAs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Reviewing conceptual designs, calculations, and logic behind EUAs and financial models.
• Managing inventory updates, tracking changes, and ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Performing independent verification of EUA operational controls.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for risk management committees.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to provide training and communicate risk management requirements.

Expectations Will Include:

• Successfully completing assigned risk management projects and tasks within deadlines.
• Developing a strong understanding of model risk and EUA risk controls.
• Identifying risk exposures and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Maintaining professional relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicating clearly and concisely in writing and verbal discussions.
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory compliance.

A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following:

• 3-5 years of experience in model development, governance, validation, audit, or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
