What you’ll do:
- Design and analyze cold-formed steel structures for prefab residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with BIM modelers, architects, and MEP engineers to deliver fully coordinated framing systems
- Run structural calculations, optimize material use, and ensure compliance with building codes
- Work with digital fabrication teams to ensure designs align with roll-forming and CNC manufacturing capabilities
- Contribute to process development as the company scales its innovative framing system
What we’re looking for:
- Education in structural engineer or similar
- Professional experience in structural engineering, ideally with steel
- Strong skills in structural analysis tools (e.g. RISA, SAP2000, Dlubal, etc.)
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative design processes
- Experience in prefabrication, modular construction, or high-performance building systems is a big plus
- A hands-on mindset, collaborative spirit, and interest in solving real-world challenges with smart engineering
