Role Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development within the US staffing industry, focusing on IT, Pharma, Engineering, or Healthcare domains. This role requires a proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation in staffing services across the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Business Growth :
Identify and secure new business opportunities in IT, Pharma, Engineering, or Healthcare staffing.
Build and nurture relationships with end clients, MSPs, and VMS providers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Sales & Negotiation :
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure profitable client partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy :
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands.
Develop sales strategies aligned with current hiring trends and workforce demands.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build industry connections.
Qualifications & Skills :
2-3 years of experience in US Staffing business development (IT, Pharma, Healthcare, or Engineering Staffing preferred).
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
