We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst having a background in financial services and / or the mortgage loan industry. This role supports our mortgage loan operations and focuses on enhancing business processes, optimizing systems, and delivering effective IT solutions. The role will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs and system experiences to document, design, customize, and advise on building solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL for querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for project management and Agile workflow configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum practices
Familiarity and use with Power BI
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
