Job Summary :
The Chief Information Officer will be responsible for developing and executing UFP’s information technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our overarching business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can enhance operational efficiency and customer experience while implementing technological innovations that support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :

- Assess our current state of IT, identify key areas of risk, and provide key recommendations.
- Provide innovative technology solutions to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend implementation to gain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity protocols to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
