About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to lead scientific innovation in oncology, precision medicine, and multi-omics technologies. The ideal candidate will oversee research and development (R&D), guide scientific strategy, and drive collaboration between clinical, technical, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the scientific and R&D strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and validation of AI/ML-driven solutions for precision oncology.
- Collaborate with pharma, CROs, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Spearheaded clinical research initiatives, including biomarker discovery and multi-omics data integration.
- Engage in thought leadership, publishing research, and representing the company in global scientific forums.
- Work closely with the business development team to translate scientific advancements into commercial opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD, MD, or equivalent in Oncology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in scientific leadership within healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
- Strong background in oncology, biomarker discovery, precision medicine, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Proven track record of research publications, patents, or contributions to clinical trials.
- Expertise in regulatory guidelines, clinical validation, and translational research.
- Ability to bridge the gap between science and business to drive innovation and revenue growth.
