About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in healthcare, life sciences, and oncology to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have deep industry connections, a track record of identifying and securing business opportunities, and experience working with precision medicine, clinical research, or digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for oncology-related services, precision medicine, and clinical research solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with biopharma companies, CROs, healthcare providers, and research institutions.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in oncology and precision medicine.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies with scientific and technological advancements.
- Negotiate and close high-value partnerships, licensing deals, and commercial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within healthcare, life sciences, or oncology.
- Strong knowledge of precision medicine, multi-omics, digital health solutions, and clinical research.
- Established network in biotech, pharma, and oncology research communities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape.
