Qualifications :
- Experience : 2-4 years of commercial real estate accounting experience, preferably with a third-party management company.
- Software Proficiency : Familiarity with real estate management / accounting software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar. Experience with Rent Manager is strongly preferred.
- Reporting Skills : Proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
