Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 10 year's experience in accounting.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and motivating skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of technology and how to leverage within the business.
- Significant financial modeling experience relevant to reporting, analysis and cost controls.
- Disciplined approach in developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures to drive results.
- A strong professional can-do attitude.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
