Currently we have a Director of Corporate Planning and Strategy role open. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction. Involves developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing goals and objectives, and leading high-level planning activities to ensure the company’s growth and financial profitability.
Essential job functions include :
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans : Align strategic plans with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators : Monitor progress towards achieving these goals. Achieve departmental goals and objectives within specified timelines.
- Support the Executive Leadership Team : Provide guidance to ensure effective execution of plans.
- Lead High-Level Planning Activities : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team : Develop and refine strategic initiatives to drive overall company results. Positive impact on the company’s growth and profitability.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth : Focus on improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Monitor Industry Trends : Evaluate potential impacts on the company. Studies the competition and technology trends to gain a business advantage.
- Conduct Risk Assessments : Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions. Successful implementation of risk management strategies.
- Prepare and Present Reports : Provide recommendations to senior management. Timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Performs trend analyses on the business processes.
- Reviews and analyzes business forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.
