Highlighted Duties :
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts
- Navigate complex transactions with a focus on legal, regulatory, tax, and finance aspects
- Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client structures
- Develop strong client relationships
- Occasionally assist with other legal matters within the firm
