Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Estate Planning and Administration Associate Attorney with strong experience in real estate and tax matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans, provide guidance through trust and probate administration, and support clients with real estate and tax-related issues within the context of estate planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and modify estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding estate administration, probate, and trust management.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of probate documents and petitions with courts.
- Collaborate with clients and their financial advisors to address complex real estate and tax considerations in estate planning.
- Advise on estate tax issues, including planning strategies to minimize tax liability.
- Represent clients in trust and probate litigation matters as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws, tax laws, and real estate regulations that affect our clients.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
