RightSource Global’s Train, Build & Deploy Program is tailored to provide Junior Engineers 3 phased approach to onboard interns into full-time Gen AI Engineering role
Train Phase (12 week structured cohort based training routine covering hands-on aspects of Gen AI, Machine Learning and Data Science
Build Phase (12 week program on building solution solving a live industry specific problem)
Deploy Phase (You work very closely with a dedicated recruitment team which helps you explore like project based, contract to hire or full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
Product Innovation : Develop new product features using advanced machine learning algorithms, LLMs, and statistical techniques to drive meaningful impact.
Collaboration & Deployment : Work with a team of Data Scientist and AI Engineer to envision the future of AI capabilities while contributing to the design and deployment of key AI services.
Research & Learning : Actively participate in journal club sessions, presenting and discussing the latest research papers on LLMs and Generative AI to drive continuous learning within the team.
Communication & Knowledge Sharing : Translate complex models and AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Code & Performance Optimization : Write clean, efficient, and well-optimized code, ensuring high performance in deployed AI models.
