What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Careerbuilder-US?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Efficiently locate & pull materials / supplies as listed on production / sales order and stock assigned production areas to maintain inventory levels for production; ability to accurately verify parts & quantities and complete BOLs to receive and / or ship material.
- Licensed and can operate all material handling equipment (i.e. Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger) at assigned Operations facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience directly working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.), inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing environment or an evaluated equivalent.
