Qualifications :
- Required : Commercial real estate experience; industrial property management experience preferred.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and capable of managing books and financial data.
- Knowledge of Rent Manager is helpful but not required; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Certified notary is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate dependability and flexibility.
- Proactive and able to initiate follow-through.
