The Iowa County Social Services / ADRC Department is seeking applications for a full time (40 hrs. / wk.) onsite Department Assistant. Essential duties include acting as receptionist and providing clerical support services for the Social Services / ADRC Department. Hours are 8 : 00a.m. - 4 : 30p.m., M-F. Starting pay range is $20.34 / hr. - $23.25 / hr. with a generous, comprehensive benefit package.
Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to the following : high school diploma or GED, one year of increasingly complex experience with a professional office environment, and must be profi cient in proof reading and grammar along with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include, an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistant or closely related file and three years of increasingly complex office experience .
