Crestron automation and control solutions for homes and buildings allow our clients to control entire environments with the push of a button, integrating systems such as Audio Visual, Lighting, Shading, Security, Building Management Systems and HVAC to provide greater comfort, convenience and security.
Engage and guide Customers through the Crestron New York City Experience Center (CEC). The CEC is designed to be a transformative space, prioritizing the customer experience above all else. Provide detailed information and storytelling about Crestron, the company, and the solutions we offer. Ability to provide in-person one-on-one presentations and presentations to groups of 50 people.
Facilitate high-level Briefings, documenting objectives, agenda, presenters, and action items throughout the session. Perform technical demonstrations on site and to a remote audience via video in a professional manner, encouraging customer interaction while ensuring the timeline is respected.
Interface with Crestron’s Sales organization to craft and execute customized agendas for each of our visitors to the Crestron Experience Center, ensuring objectives and messaging align with the customer’s goals. Creatively develop new ways of demonstrating specific solutions in specific contexts, whether vertically based or scenario based. Interact with external and internal customers (Sales and Technical Directors) with openness and flexibility while ensuring the experience processes are respected and the appropriate equipment and resources are provided for a successful demonstration. Incorporate both active listening and flexibility to ensure a personalized and targeted experience for our internal and external customers alike. Use the provided tools and applications to maintain accurate documentation and tracking. Work with the sales team to have engaging conversations with guests.

Provide Tailored Demonstrations: The CEC highlights key Crestron solutions across various space and application setups, demonstrating core functionality and capabilities. We tailor each visit to meet the specific needs of our clients, highlighting solutions like digital signage, scheduling, meetings, messaging, and more.
EDUCATION
BA, BS or BFA, MA preferredQualifications:
5 years in AV design/integration, rental & staging, or related industry.
5 years working with Crestron systems.
Preferred industry or vendor certifications such as Crestron Design Certification or Crestron programming experience, AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or I.
Knowledge of Salesforce helpful
Knowledge of Crestron Programming tools
Knowledge of Crestron solutions
Knowledge of Networking systems. Netgear, Cisco, or Extreme.
Be able to troubleshoot systems in the Center to ensure presentations go well
Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($75,500 - $95,000) which consists of base salary and target sales incentive (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
