Intern - Summer 2025 – Product Management

RESPONSIBILITIES •    Work alongside a team focused on delivering the best experience to improve the way people communicate, work, and learn. •    Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and where Crestron solutions fit in compared to other solutions.  •    Gather feedback from the industry on how the portfolio is specified, designed, installed, and used, and where there is room for growth. •    Research, analyze, and validate emerging technologies that could be used in products to address market needs. •    Work with the team to write user stories for new features and assist with triaging bugs throughout the development cycle.     QUALIFICATIONS General Requirements•    Must be enrolled in a college or university working toward a bachelor’s degree•    Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the entire internship period•    Must be commutable to and from the Boston, MA area for the duration of the internship period•    Must have permanent, unrestricted work authorization in the United States now and in the future Technical Skills•    Software development experience•    Knowledge of AI, ML, or Computer Vision methodologies•    Understanding of networking and audio / video technologies •    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point  Other Skills•    Must be responsible, self-motivated, creative, have a solid work ethic and have a desire to produce a quality product.•    Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening) with the ability to articulate work at different levels of the organization.•    Strong problem-solving skills.•    Inquisitive individual with a desire to learn, possessing a long-term desire to work in the Product Management, Engineering, AV, and/or Sales space.•    Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.•    Positive, personable, and able to work cohesively with other across various divisions.
