As a Robotic Automation Specialist, your day will be filled with opportunities to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Monitor the performance of RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or optimizations as needed.
- Create detailed documentation for automated processes, including workflows, technical specifications, and user guides
- Provide training to team members on using and maintaining automated systems, offering ongoing technical support as required.
- Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and best practices to enhance the organization’s automation capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or others).
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C#
- RPA Developer certification preferred (e.g., Blue Prism Certified RPA Developer)
- Experience with APIs, databases, and system integration.
- Understanding of workflow design and business process optimization
- Experience working with teams to implement technology and application solutions in a bank environment
