Title: Proofreader
Location: Work From Home
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30-5 Local time
Position Summary
- This position will independently conduct Quality Assurance reviews on Medicare member materials.
- The Proofreader (QA) will consist of reviewing PDF documents alongside Source of Truth documentation to ensure accuracy of the materials.
- The materials include benefit information, cost-sharing, and explanations of how the plans work.
Required Experience
- Must be able to efficiently proofread documents for extended periods of time.
- Experience in understanding/reading/analyzing health benefits documents.
- The ideal candidate has analytical skills to quickly recognize inconsistencies in content and identify small variations between documents.
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
