Key Responsibilities
- Establish and achieve project goals and objectives, managing product, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
- Monitor the business case during project execution to maximize benefits and business impact.
- Lead diverse project teams, empowering team members for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and negotiate effective solutions.
- Investigate customer expectations and respond to feedback.
- Identify opportunities from organizational goals and shifts, turning them into business value.
- Monitor project activities, balance risk-taking and issue escalation, and provide detailed progress reports with corrective actions.
- Ensure adoption of company standards and frameworks as outlined in the client Business System and local Management System.
- Set strategic direction within projects and related programs.
- Drive reduction in SRC Product Holds to increase available inventory and optimize support.
