Careers Integrated Resources Inc is seeking a skilled Research and Development Specialist to support our engineering teams in product testing. This role involves developing and analyzing products, materials, processes, or equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with quality requirements and performing various tasks in electrical, mechanical, and optical areas.
- Conduct tests, capture data, and create Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of development, testing, and analysis.
- Primarily conduct mechanical testing with some high voltage/current testing.
This position demands a comprehensive knowledge base and a high level of independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3 years of R&D technical support or related experience.
- Proven ability to set up and conduct product testing and collect data according to medical device standards.
- Experience in operating and maintaining complex test equipment.
