Location : Richmond, VA (Onsite- 4/5 Days onsite per week)

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST- excluding state holidays

The incumbent is responsible for leading cloud hosted SaaS projects and business change management that focus on leveraging modern technology to improve public safety and Client** customer services statewide. Most projects have a high degree of complexity. In addition, the incumbent will:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Project manager of record on a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of $5 million or more, or completion of non-COV project with a value greater than $10 million.
Experience managing large projects and PMP certification.
Proven leadership skills.
Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description.
Strong decision-making and strong analytical skills.
Ability to create and manage project schedules.
Experience leading organizational change management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft products (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)

- Perform project planning.
- Lead project teams.
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Manage project Product.
- Identify project risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead requirements documentation.
- Manage relationships and coordinate with interface partners, suppliers and VSP technical staff.
- Lead business change management, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance.
- Coordinate changes to network infrastructures in partnership with technical staff.
- Coordinate the deployment of equipment used by SaaS applications.
- Prepare reports for VSP and VITA management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
