Shift : Days and Nights, 36 hours with holiday requirement and no weekends
Job Description :
- The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
- This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
- The Registered Nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and / or the situation.
- The Registered Nurse analyses the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues.
- The Registered Nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation.
- The Registered Nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- The Registered Nurse implements the identified plan.
- The Registered Nurse evaluates progress toward the attainment of outcomes.
