The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and planning skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule onsite training classes for CRM sales training.
Manage logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materials.
Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and feedback.
Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
Provide administrative support to the sales training team as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support and meeting planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
